Congratulations to Massage Therapy Program Coordinator Susan Myers for achieving the designation as a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) Assigned School!

By obtaining and actively maintaining the NCBTMB Assigned School Code, Myers and the Massage Therapy Program have demonstrated a commitment to elevating the standards of this esteemed profession.

A letter Myers received from NCBTMB states, “By choosing to become an NCBTMB Assigned School, you are showing your students the importance of lifelong learning. Your students have the opportunity to advance their careers beyond entry level with Board Certification, the highest voluntary credential available in the massage therapy and bodywork profession. Our goal is, was, and always will be, to continue elevating the standards of the massage therapy profession through certification and education.”

Myers is also pleased to announce that five July 2024 graduates have taken and passed their national exams; the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx).
