The UNM-Taos Student Nurse Association prepares nursing students pursuing initial licensure by fostering the skills, standards, and ethics of the nursing profession. As an SNA member, you’ll benefit from one-on-one mentorship from experienced nursing students, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and the chance to build lasting connections with your peers.

Members also take part in community health events and service projects that make a difference for the people of Taos. These experiences help strengthen your confidence, deepen your understanding of nursing, and highlight the important role nurses play in promoting wellness.

Joining SNA means being part of a supportive community where you can grow as a student, a professional, and a leader.
