Join the creators of OTaosuCon as we meet with you on selected Saturdays to:

• Share info about the upcoming fest, including artist, vendor, speaker, workshop, volunteer, and other opportunities
• Foster fandom community in Taos, connecting us together and building an anchor/hub
• Gain fandom vision and wishes for our little con (some we may implement this year, others in future)
• Share skills and resources
• Make art and craft together: props, cosplay costumes and accoutrements, installation art, etc.
• Feature guest crafters and speakers
• Help spread the word about the event via word of mouth
• Share fandoms, and philosophize about the power of fandoms to help us traverse this mortal coil
• Build excitement for the event!
• Share food, laughs, and just have some dad-blanged FUN!
• And who knows what else could emerge! We’re creating the space!

Feel free to bring books, comics, zines, art pieces, films, etc., that could be inspiring and you’re excited to share!

PS: NO AI ACCEPTED! This is all about fostering and supporting the rich depths of human knowledge and creativity!

All events are free and open to the public, however, minors under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additionally, as this is brought to you by UNM-Taos FDMA and the TCA, you may be filmed or photographed, so we will have releases available for you to sign your acknowledgement, or request no filming of you.

If you want snacks or bevvies, please bring your own. Our hope is this grows into a potluck model.
