This 8-week program — March 22-May 15 — featuring six, one-credit courses will cover all the things you need to know to be an effective and productive manager in the customer service industry:| Week | Course | Description |

| Week 1, 3/22 | Intensive Onboarding | Nervous about going back to school? Confused by some of the online systems? This session will help you get ready to succeed in our program! |
| Week 2, 3/29 | SERVSAFE – Alcohol | Prepare for the National Restaurant Association's Alcohol Service Certification. Gain the necessary knowledge to safely serve alcohol. |
| Week 3, 4/5 | SERVSAFE – Food Safety Management Training | Prepare for the National Restaurant Association's Food Safety Manager Certification. Show employers that you have the necessary knowledge to safely manage a restaurant. |
| Week 4, 4/12 | Customer Service and Relations | Learn about successful customer service, including how to handle difficult or irate customers! |
| Week 5, 4/19 | Stress Management for the Workplace | Learn tips and tricks for managing stress in your work environment! |
| Week 6, 4/26 | Organizational Skills for the Workplace | Learn systems and strategies to help keep your work life organized! |
| Week 7, 5/3 | Conflict Resolution | Learn how to solve sticky problems, both with customers and with your internal staff! |
| Week 8, 5/10 | Job Fair | Put your new knowledge to good use – meet with local employers who are interested in hiring people with your skills! |
