Week 3, 4/5SERVSAFE – Food Safety Management TrainingPrepare for the National Restaurant Association's Food Safety Manager Certification. Show employers that you have the necessary knowledge to safely manage a restaurant.
Week 4, 4/12Customer Service and RelationsLearn about successful customer service, including how to handle difficult or irate customers!
Week 5, 4/19Stress Management for the WorkplaceLearn tips and tricks for managing stress in your work environment!
Week 6, 4/26Organizational Skills for the WorkplaceLearn systems and strategies to help keep your work life organized!
Week 7, 5/3Conflict ResolutionLearn how to solve sticky problems, both with customers and with your internal staff!
