Limited Building Access

Limited Building Access

Dear Faculty and Staff:

In light of the campus announcement that we will be going fully online/remote as of 5:00 p.m. today, Thursday March 19, we realize that many of you will need access to facilities beyond that point. Therefore, see below for limited building access, beyond today’s 5:00 p.m. facilities closure.

Please keep this information for your future reference.

FACULTY

Academic Affairs will be open for restricted services (printing, scanning, computer access, etc.) for faculty on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 12pm.

  • Notice that the access point will be Pueblo Hall West-West Door (By Dr. Archuleta’s office).
  • Please sign-in upon your visit on the posted sign-in sheet by the access door.
  • This provision is only for faculty that require on site services.
  • Please schedule your visit with Cathy (cbrandenburg@um.edu).
  • If you require access to other areas (Classrooms and other resource spaces) direct your requests through Cathy.
  • Please notice that due to limited staffing, your requests may be delayed.
  • If there are any additional resources needed to provide your courses in a remote manner, please notify us of your requirements.
  • We will do our best to accommodate or refer you to other resources.
  • As a reminder, UNM provides Zoom Pro licenses at no cost to faculty and staff just by asking. Previously the process was to submit an email request to media@unm.edu. That process has been simplified and users can now setup a login by going to https://unm.zoom.us and signing in with a UNM NetID to be provisioned with a Zoom Pro license.
  • For assistance with BlackBoard Learn and Zoom, contact Erin Duddy at eduddy@unm.edu
