EARLY ALERT HANDBOOK FOR FACULTY
The Early Alert Handbook provides Faculty with detailed guidelines for referring students to the UNM-Taos Early Alert system. Early Alert systems or ‘early warning systems’ are institutional support programs that have become nearly ubiquitous in higher education, particularly at the 2 year or community college level. Research has shown that EA systems, in partnership with interventions such as tutoring and advising, can be very effective in improving student retention, persistence and graduation rates. Please help us support our students by utilizing the Early Alert system!Let’s Go!
