The Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution or for those students
who desire to gain employment in the criminal justice field upon completion of the degree requirements. Students pursuing the Associate of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice may choose a career in law enforcement or corrections. All students declaring this degree should seek
advisement to prepare for upper division course work and transfer into baccalaureate programs.
