Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Multicultural Education
The Associate of arts in Early Childhood Multicultural education program is designed for students who wish to work in this field to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, child development or a related field. As part of this program, students will complete the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preparation courses. This program addresses the seven general early childhood education competency areas required as partial fulfillment of the New Mexico Department of Education license in Early Childhood Education (birth to third grade).
